The City of Mirabel wishes to receive quotations for the valorization of organic materials.
Tender documents are available on the electronic tendering system website (www.seao.ca). The Ville de Mirabel is not responsible for the distribution of tender documents by the SÉAO, and it is the responsibility of bidders to ensure that they have all their documents before submitting their bids.
Only bids submitted on tender documents will be accepted.
Envelopes must be addressed to the Town Clerk's Office and received no later than March 14, 2024 at the reception desk of the Town Hall, at 11h00m00s (Ville de Mirabel time stamp time), 14111, rue Saint-Jean, Mirabel, Québec, J7J 1Y3. If sent electronically, envelopes must be transmitted at this time (11h00m00s) via the SÉAO website, to be publicly opened on the same day, at the same time and place.
If you have a complaint regarding this call for tenders, please send it electronically to the designated person, i.e. the Town Clerk, at soumissionsplaintes@mirabel.ca no later than March 4, 2024, on the form provided by the Autorité des marchés publics, available on the Town's website.
The Ville de Mirabel does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received. Furthermore, it reserves the right to accept a bid in whole or in part.
