Germany - Recruitment tests for administrative IT specialists, HföD

Description

The subject of the contract is a contract for the IT-supported provision, implementation and improvement of recruitment tests for the study of administrative informatics (3rd qualification level / higher service) at the Free State of Bavaria. The test is intended to determine the professional aptitude of applicants for the specialist career path of natural sciences and technology, with a focus on administrative informatics, at the third qualification level.
The services include in particular
- Initial test creation
- Provision of a test platform for automated test execution and evaluation of any number of individual tests (expected acceptance of 200 individual tests per year) including technical support two working days before and on the test days
- Statistical evaluation and continuous test improvement

The contract has a minimum term of five test seasons (presumably from November to April from the conclusion of the contract) and can then be terminated annually by the contracting parties on September 1 of each year. The maximum term is 10 test seasons.
