Administration of sports facilities at 12 Sportowa Street in Sroda Wielkopolska, together with their ongoing maintenance and rental on behalf of the Municipality, in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024
(1) The subject of the contract is the provision of administration services for sports facilities at 12 Sportowa Street in Sroda Wielkopolska, together with their ongoing maintenance and rental on behalf of the Municipality, in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024, covering such facilities as:1) a field hockey pitch (artificial surface pitch) with pitch lighting, soccer net, irrigation and drainage system, bleachers and infrastructure, as well as field hockey equipment and players' shelters (on geodetic plot number 2765/4) - field hockey pitch with artificial surface with dimensions of 91.20m x 54,80m and side zones,2) the stadium's main field with running track, infrastructure, announcer, fixed and mobile stands and soccer equipment (on geodetic plot number 2765/1 and partially on plot number 2765/2) - soccer main field with natural surface with dimensions of 105m x 64m,3) an office and social building with a sports hall with dimensions of 26.62m x 18.75m, office-administrative rooms, sanitary rooms, storage and utility rooms, four locker rooms with toilets, a conference room (sited on geodetic plot number 2765/2),4) a set of containers (2 technical containers) and utility rooms, in a residential and commercial building (sited on geodetic plot number 2765/2). The containers will be demolished by the Owner in March 2024.5) 2 training fields with a natural surface with dimensions of 90m x 61.60m and 91.20m x 54.80m (located on geodetic plot number 3077 and 3078/1),6) sanitary facilities - a building with a usable area of 38m2,7) a football field slab (pitch with a natural grass surface) with pitch lighting and a generator, irrigation and drainage system, panel fencing, soccer catchment, soccer equipment, shelters for players with mobile seating and communication infrastructure (on geodetic plots number 3078/2, 2765/3, 3074/3 and 2765/2 ) - soccer field with natural grass surface and side zones with dimensions 136.60m x 96.70,8) pavilion - ticket office at the entrance to the area from the side of ul. Poselska,9) equipment necessary for the operation and maintenance of the above-mentioned infrastructure (e.g. scoreboard), internal access roads, parking spaces, pedestrian routes in the area next to the sports facilities, entrance gates, lawns and the surroundings of the pitches to the fence of the above-mentioned plots.10) Newly constructed technical and social building with grandstands and access roads from Sportowa Street and Poselska Street located on plots of land No. 2765/2, 2765/3 and 3078/2 planned date of placing the subject building under administration by the end of the first quarter of 2024.Brick building with dimensions of 76.0 x 15.31 and a height of 11.05 m with a flat roof with a roof in a wooden structure covered with sheet metal. Built-up area of 1092.0 m2, usable area of 1330.5 m2, cubic capacity of 9480.0 m3 The main grandstand in the fan zone has 1005 seats for fans, 79 seats in the Vip sector and 68 seats in the Super Vip sector. On the first floor of the building are located the rooms of the players' zone, referees, coaches and box office, as well as technical rooms for pumps, gas furnace and power supply with connections. On the second floor are located the multimedia zone, catering and sanitary facilities of the fan zone. On the top floor are the visitors' zone and rooms for the competition announcer and media, the service and security zone and office staff rooms. The contracting authority informs that in the context of the resolution adopted by the Municipal Council in accordance with the investment plans of the municipality from October 2023 to June 2024, the contracting authority will carry out on plots 2768/2, 2765/3, 3078/2, 3077, 3078/1 an investment related to the development of sports infrastructure at the Średz stadium stage II in the scope of road works construction of a parking lot and parking spaces, internal fencing, site lighting and infrastructure
