The procedure is aimed at the conclusion of a Framework Agreement pursuant to art. 54, paragraph 4, letter a) of Legislative Decree no. 50 of 18.4.2016 as amended, concerning the supply of laboratory solvents to the University Departments. Economic operators are required to submit a bid only for the products marketed by them and/or of interest with their prices, filling in the appropriate form containing for each product the "product code", the "unit of measurement offered" (i.e. volume or weight or concentration of the package offered), the respective "unit price" (of the package offered with the unit of measurement indicated above) and "notes and costs for special transport and/or dry ice". There is also a fifth column for optional compilation concerning the characteristics of the product (example, degree of purity, etc.). Limited to individual products for which the economic operator does not submit its economic offer, these will not be contacted at the time of individual specific contracts that will be formulated by the ordering university structures. The economic operator can also present his own price list for all products not included in the list formed by the University and marketed by the same with the indication of the discount offered, fixed and applied for the entire period of contractual validity. The economic operator may propose similar products but with a different commercial name. operators are obliged to keep the price presented at the time of the offer fixed, except for the possible recognition of an increase and/or decrease due to hypotheses expressly provided for by current legislation. the choice of the economic operator to whom to entrust the individual specific contract, with the same technical specifications of the individual reagent/solvent, will be made according to the criterion of the lowest price. The individual points of order may only be derogated from on grounds of the need to use a specific solvent for reasons of research or experimental continuity. Lot B - Supply of organic reagents for laboratoriesCIG 7788253DAand the presumed total estimated amount, for a period of 48 months, is set at EUR 300 000.00 + IVAN there are no charges for interference, pursuant to art. 26, paragraph 5 of the Legislative Decree. 81/2008 and determination of the Authority for the Supervision of Public Contracts for Works, Services and Supplies no. 3 of 5.3.2008.The presumed total amount, also including the extension period, is EUR 337 500.00 + VATThe amounts indicated are merely presumed and do not oblige this administration as they depend on the needs related to research activities for which it is only possible to make forecasts and estimates.
