The subject of this order is the consecutive supply of specialized reagents in the field of molecular biology and cell culture for scientific research and teaching activities for the organizational units of UWM in Olsztyn. Detailed definition of the subject matter of the order is contained in the documents "Form of description of the subject matter of the order / Price Form", which is Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.
The subject of this order is the consecutive supply of specialized reagents in the field of molecular biology and cell culture for scientific research and teaching activities for organizational units of UWM in Olsztyn. Detailed definition of the subject matter of the contract is contained in the documents "Form of description of the subject matter of the contract/Price Form", which is Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.Information on subject matter evidence1. The Ordering Party demands that the Contractor submit with the offer the following subject matter evidence to confirm compliance of the offered subject matter of the contract with the requirements for technical parameters (only if the Contractor submits an offer with an equivalent product) in terms of chemical composition, shelf life, date of manufacture, as specified in the description of the subject matter of the contract.2.. the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to submit by the deadline for submission of tenders the following subject matter evidence to confirm the compliance of the offered subject matter with the requirements for technical parameters (only if the Contractor submits a tender with an equivalent product) in terms of chemical composition, shelf life, production date, specified in the description of the subject matter of the contract.3. The Contracting Authority requires submission with the tender: 3.1. only if the Contractor submits a bid with an equivalent product: data sheets, manufacturer's product data sheets confirming the parameters within the scope of item 1 and described by the Ordering Party in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ with indication of the manufacturer's name and catalog number.4. The Ordering Party requires submission by the deadline for submission of bids: 4.1. only if the Contractor submits a bid with an equivalent product: samples for testing of the entire range of products indicated in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. The samples should be sufficient to perform an analysis that can confirm that the offered product meets the requirements of the Ordering Party and its use does not involve the need to purchase additional reagents and other consumables.NOTE: The above samples should be submitted to the office of the Ordering Party at Oczapowskiego 2 Street, 10-719 Olsztyn, room 310. The Contractor should place the samples in a package bearing the name and exact address of the Contractor, containing the marking: "Samples in proceeding No. 335/2023/PN/DZP".5. The Contracting Authority accepts equivalent subject evidence if it confirms that the offered items of the contract meet the requirements, characteristics or criteria specified by the Contracting Authority.6. If the Contractor fails to submit the subject evidence or the subject evidence is incomplete, the Contracting Authority will call for its submission or supplementation within the prescribed time. The Contracting Authority shall inform that, despite the stipulation of the summons, it will not call for submission or supplementation of the evidence in question if the evidence in question serves to confirm compliance with the characteristics or criteria specified in the description of the bid evaluation criteria, or if, despite the submission of the evidence in question, the bid is subject to rejection or there are grounds for cancellation of the procedure.
