Single Lot - CIG: A03FC99A1D. Tender amount € 92,848,307.41 net of VAT, including € 6,166,186.84 for charges related to the implementation of safety plans not subject to rebate. The contract consists of a single lot as the breakdown would not guarantee functional autonomy such that individual lots could be fully utilized. In addition, the awarding to a single EO meets the requirements of ensuring the necessary homogeneity and effectiveness of the work.Labor costs were estimated at €19,967,712.41.For further information regarding the amount, please refer to the Tender Specifications.The collective contract applied is the CCNL CONSTRUCTION.The validation of the project placed on the basis of the tender was made by memo prot. no. RFI-NEMI.DOIT.MI.ING\A0011\P\2023\0010452 of 11/07/2023.In this tender procedure, the procedure will be carried out in accordance with art. 107 co. 3 of Legislative Decree 36/2023.

The services may be subcontracted only to companies meeting the requirements established by Ministerial Decree No. 82 of May 11, 2015 ascertained by the competent Office of the Ministry of Defense. *category falling entirely within the options counted for qualification purposes only.The works to be designed fall, according to the list in DM 17.6.2016 in the following categories: S.05, S.04, IB.08, IB.09.The procedure adopted for calculating the design fee and the participation requirements for designers are given in the tender specifications.
