Description

Service of verification by diagnostic means of track geometry and rail consumption for the three-year period 2021-2024. Authorisation to call for tenders in the form of an open procedure, pursuant to the combined provisions of Articles 114, 122 and 60 of Legislative Decree 50/16, to be carried out using the e-procurement system.
The presumed total amount of the contract on which the tender is based is €476,100.00 excluding VAT, of which: - euro 475,800.00 as the amount for the Service of verification by diagnostic means of the geometry of the track and the consumption of the rails for the three-year period 2021-2024 as described in the special specifications, to be compensated to measure, subject to tender discount; - euro 300.00 as the amount for Safety charges, not subject to tender discount. Pursuant to co.16 of art 23 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, the following labour costs have been identified: € 57,490.56.
