DESCRIPTION: The City of Saint-Jérôme wishes to obtain bids for

"PURCHASE OF SODIUM CHLORITE 25% FOR 2025".

QUOTE NO.: "2024-BS-182

DOCUMENT AVAILABILITY: Tender documents will be available to all interested companies from November 6, 2024, on the SEAO electronic tendering system (www.seao.ca).

RECEPTION OF TENDERS: No later than November 25, 2024, before 10 a.m., at the Clerk's Office, 300 Parent Street, Saint-Jérôme (Québec) J7Z 7Z7, to be publicly opened on the spot.

Any questions or requests for clarification must be sent at least 72 hours before the date and time set for receipt of bids.

UNSATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE EVALUATION: The City of Saint-Jérôme reserves the right to refuse a bid from a contractor, service provider or supplier who, in the two years preceding the bid opening date, has received an unsatisfactory performance evaluation from the City.

INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT: This call for tenders is subject to the Quebec-Ontario Trade and Cooperation Agreement (QOTCA), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
