Project title: ACQUISITION OF SCHOOL UNIFORMS FOR LE CARREFOUR SECONDARY SCHOOL

Project summary description: The purpose of this call for tenders is to enter into a standing offer contract with a single supplier for the purchase of school uniforms for the school's students. Orders will mainly be placed by students and their parents directly with the supplier, but also, in smaller quantities, by the School itself to meet certain needs.

Term of contract: The initial term of this contract is twelve (12) months, i.e. from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, plus two (2) renewal options of 12 (twelve) months each, i.e. from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 and from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027, for a total possible term of thirty-six (36) months.

The PUBLIC ORGANIZATION reserves the right not to consider a request for clarification made by a BIDDER, if this request is sent to it less than three (3) working days before the date and time set for the receipt of bids.

The PUBLIC ORGANIZATION does not undertake to accept any of the bids received.
