Call for tenders 24-608 Pumping, conditioning, transporting and disposing of sludge from lagoons nos. 1 and 3 of the wastewater treatment plant The City of Saint-Joseph-de-Beauce requires tenders for the pumping, conditioning, transporting and disposing of sludge from lagoons nos. 1 and 3 of the wastewater treatment plant located at 228, route 173 Nord in Saint-Joseph-de-Beauce. Tender documents will be available exclusively through the electronic tendering system (SÉAO) at www.seao.ca or by calling toll-free 1-866-669-7326 (notice number: 1 792 244). Obtaining documents is subject to this organization's fees. All interested bidders must comply with the requirements set out in the tender documents. To be considered, your bid must be placed in a sealed envelope marked "Appel d'offres 24-608 - Pompage, conditionnement, transport et disposition des boues des étangs nos 1 et 3 de la station d'épuration des eaux usées" and addressed to 125-A, rue du Parc, Saint-Joseph-de-Beauce, (Québec) G0S 2V0. Tenders must be received by 11 a.m. on Tuesday, February 27, 2024. Bids will be opened publicly at the same location, immediately following the bid closing time. A bid security equivalent to 10% of the bid amount in the form of a bond must accompany the bid. This contract is subject to the ACCQO, the ALEC and the AECG. The City does not undertake to accept the lowest bid or any of the bids received, and declines all liability to any bidder in the event of rejection of all bids. The contract is awarded by decision of the City Council, at its sole discretion, and the City cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its Council.
