Description
Delivery of 1 bus of the brand new MINI class, a low-density, combustion engine.
1) The subject of the contract is the delivery of 1 piece of brand new low-emission vehicle designed for public transport. The Ordering Party requires the date of production of the bus at the turn of the 4th quarter of 2020 - 1st quarter of 2021. The vehicle cannot be a prototype bus.2) The vehicle must have a current approval certificate (full) issued by a statutorily authorized body without any derogations or an equivalent document allowing to move and register the vehicle on the territory of Poland.3) The vehicle must meet the conditions contained in the Act of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 110 as amended) and the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2022 as amended).4) The bus must meet the requirements set out in Regulation No. 107 of the UNECE and in the Regulation of the Minister of Transport, Construction and Maritime Economy on type approval of motor vehicles and trailers and their equipment or parts Dz.U. of 2015 item 14755) Offered bus must be made with the maximum use of non-flammable materials, especially in terms of materials used for the construction and furnishing of the body interior and have the EEC vehicle approval for flammability from the non-combustibility tests of the elements of the passenger compartment equipment and driver's cabin made in accordance with Regulation No. 118 of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) (Official Journal MTiB.2006.6.22)6) The Contracting Authority requires that energy consumption and pollutant emissions be no higher than the values specified in Annex XV Amendments to Regulation (EC) No 599/2009 European Commission Regulation (EU) No 582/2011 of 25 May 2011 implementing and amending Regulation (EC) No 595/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council with respect to emissions from heavy duty vehicles (EURO VI) and amending Annexes I and III to Directive 2007/46 EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, i.e. the limit values for individual pollutant emissions must not be higher than:- carbon monoxide (CO) emissions: 4,0 g/kWh,- total hydrocarbon emissions (THC): 0,16 g/kWh,- nitrogen oxide (NOx): 0,46 g/kWh,- NH3 emissions: 10 ppm,- particulate mass: 0,01 g/kWhMaximum level of energy consumption during the bus's continuous service life: 5 760 000 MJ.The maximum level of energy consumption has been calculated on the basis of the following formula: Emax = Z (l/100 km) x 36 MJ/l x 800 000 kmGdzie:- Z (l/100 km) - bus diesel consumption according to SOTR-2 test is an assumed maximum value of 20.0 l/100 km,- 36 MJ/l - energy value of diesel (according to the guidelines of the Regulation on criteria other than price),- 800 000 km - whole-cycle mileage (according to the guidelines of the Regulation).The maximum level of CO2 emissions calculated by the calculation method on the basis of fuel consumption in the SORT2 test; 0.520 kg/km, was calculated using the formula; CO2 max = Z (l/100 km) x 2600 g/lGdzie:- Z (l/100 km) is the diesel consumption according to the SORT2 test, the maximum value of 20.0 l/100 km,- 2600 g/l - the adopted CO2 emission factor per 1 l of diesel. The parameters required above are based on the results of the SORT-2.7 fuel consumption test) The bus delivered on the day of signing the acceptance protocol must comply with the current regulations of vehicle registration and must have the necessary documents for the sale and registration of vehicles.8) This order also includes (in the price of the vehicle) conducting instructions for employees indicated by the Purchaser.A detailed description of the task entitled "Delivery of 1 factory new class MINI bus, low-diesel low-diesel bus is included in Appendix 3 to the ToR.
