Description

The services to be awarded concern the scheduled services of the following lines: RB 74 Kyritz Bürgerpark-Meyenburg, RB 73 Neustadt (Dosse)-Kyritz Bürgerpark. The scope of services is approx. 0.25 million train kilometres per year. The client welcomes CO2 savings in the execution of the contract.
The public service contract will be procured by means of a competitive award procedure in accordance with Art. 5 Para. 3 of the Regulation (EC) No. 1370/2007 in conjunction with Section 131 Para. 1 Sentence 1 GWB in the form of a negotiated procedure in accordance with Section 119 Para. 5 GWB, Section 17 VgV, but with the special feature that it is not only open to selected companies in a competitive bidding process. With the published notice, companies are invited to submit initial offers and to provide evidence that there are no grounds for exclusion and that they are suitable. The negotiated procedure will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of § 17 (6) to (14) VgV with those companies that have submitted admissible initial offers for which there are no grounds for exclusion and that provide evidence of their suitability. This procedure is designed to achieve the greatest possible competition while saving time at the same time.
