Description
You should be able to provide services including, but not limited to:
- an relevance assessment of a proposed project to address the problems identified in the economic and social sectors
- an analysis of the technical, economic and financial, institutional and management, environmental and socio-cultural feasibility of a proposed project
- a detailed analysis of the potential sustainability of the proposed project results
- a preliminary design, technical specifications and tender documents for physical works and supplies
- a draft financing proposal
- recommendations for further actions to secure project financing and implementation
You will also have to produce a detailed plan which specifies indicators for project objectives, results, activities and resources. It should also include:
- the project implementation structure
- the responsibilities of various bodies
- project timing and phasing
- estimated costs
- a framework planning matrix
The tender has been issued by the World Bank who are supporting the Government to do feasibility studies and conduct transactions.
The consultancy will be multi year.
