Training Management Tool (AMT)DB Systel GmbH (hereinafter also referred to as the Client or AG) as the central IT provider and digitisation partner of the DB Group aims to expand its portfolio to include a software solution in the field of training management (SaaS). With the help of this software solution, DB Systel would then like to use its portfolio to supply other Deutsche Bahn AG group companies as customers of the client with services of this kind, so that these group companies can use this software solution to manage their vocational training and map corresponding processes in digital form. the aim of this award is therefore to conclude a framework agreement without an obligation to purchase a SaaS training management solution and associated consulting and support services. further details on the subject of the tender can be found in the application conditions and the documents referred to there.
