This call for tenders concerns the provision of temporary staff for the Lyon metropolitan area.the contract is divided into 4 lots and handled by separate contracts as follows: - Three geographical lots covering the provision of temporary staff for the collection of residual household waste, door-to-door selective collection, the collection of food waste and the cleaning of public spaces for the Metropole de Lyon. Lot 4 covers the provision of temporary staff for the metropolitan administrative restaurant and college canteens.these are recurring service contracts.Maximum number of lots that can be awarded to a bidder: For lots 1-2-3, the purchaser is limiting the award to 2 lots.this restriction does not apply to lot 4.this contract may be opened up to other professional profiles mentioned in the CCTPs.

Three types of profiles were identified as temporary staff for the administrative restaurant: administrative restaurant cook; multi-skilled catering agent; dishwasher. Two profiles were identified as temporary staff for the school canteens: Chef de cuisine (middle school); Second de cuisine (middle school).
