Description

Al Faisal Holding in Qatar are seeking a comprehensive software solution for our 3 business units, such as the city centre (Aamal real estate) and Al Jazi real estate, which will manage end to end business operation.

Background

Al Faisal Holding expects the property management system (PMS) as a comprehensive software solution designed to streamline and automate various tasks. This system is particularly beneficial for property owners, landlords, real estate agents, and property managers who need efficient tools to manage diverse aspects of property operations. 

They have a system to manage the property management. However, it does not cover their requirement fully. Hence the current system will be removed, and data will be migrated to the new system.

There will be a closed-tender evaluation, with the closing date at the end of June 2024.

The contract value is approximately 4.5 million Qatari riyals/year (or £1 million/year). 

This is a 2-year contract with a possible 1-year extension.

Process

  1. DBT Doha will introduce UK companies to the client.
  2. The client will send UK companies the tender details (no tender fee required). 
  3. UK company should submit their proposal directly to the client before end of June 2024.

We have been looking for a system which manages customer relationship management (CRM) component, lease management for both commercial and residence and Facility management and finance associate with all these components. We are currently in Oracle EBS.

The city centre of Doha provides a wide variety of famous international, regional, and local retail brands and services, spread across the 5 floors. It also features a range of family-oriented offerings which include a 14-screen cinema complex, more than 38 restaurants and a family entertainment Center. We are looking for mall management solutions to capture process from CRM, leasing, facility management and finance. We are currently in Oracle EBS.

Aamal real estate comprises of several retail and residential properties spread across Doha - Souq Haraj Najma, a traditional souq comprising 376 shops and 24 residential flats, 6 residential buildings with 227 apartments, and 4 residential compounds with 69 villas, some of which have direct beach access. We need a system to have the capability of capturing both commercial and residence process.
