Project management services in accordance with AHO No. 9 as well as engineering consulting for the implementation of a package of measures of EUR 6.2 million (gross) EUR (gross) for the energy refurbishment / upgrading of the Clinic of the Medical University of Lausitz - Carl Thiem for the following preselected measures:1 Internal piping new chillers House 16 2 Electrical power increase House 163 Upgrading of water treatment plant 4 Establishment of energy monitoring system 5 Replacement of energy-intensive appliances and lighting 6 Crawl space insulation House 57 7 Connection of House 7 to cold water network 8 Upgrading of elevators House 1;2 and 57 9 Retrofitting house connection stations Cold installation House 3 - 6 10 Thermal insulation composite system new central kitchen 11 Air conditioning / cold water pipe House 3312 Renewal of the endoscopy and urology air conditioning systems and replacement of steam medium for humidifying supply air for the ZOPs House 3 & 4 13 Construction of PV system House 62/6314 Construction of PV system House 33Preliminary planning is required for measures 4, 7, 9, 11-14 and must be initiated as a matter of urgency. The measures must be implemented by September 2025 and the funds must be disbursed in full. The tight time frame requires flexible project management and the extensive combination of planning and execution services.the specialist consultancy is to provide the client with consultancy resources mainly for the preparation of service programs and functional service descriptions for, among other things, general and total contractor awards.not all basic services according to AHO No. 9 are to be provided in the project management, see service description.the budget framework for the services of project management and specialist consultancy is limited by the client to EUR 260,000 gross. Tenders that exceed the budget will be immediately excluded from the further procedure. The budget is also limited to this amount during execution.
