Project management for the new building ZMedABCSch in the Ernst-von-Bergmann-Kaserne in Munich.The new building of a highly technical medical center for the German Federal Armed Forces is planned. The new building comprises three institutes (MikroBioBw, RadBioBw, PharmToxBw) and the laboratory animal house (VTS). The planned laboratories for the MikroBioBw institute are to be assigned to security levels S1 to S4. For the institutes RadBioBw and PharmToxBw further high-tech special laboratories are planned. For the building and the outdoor facilities, a BNB certification in silver is aimed for.The project "New building ZMedABCSch" is in the preparation of the ES-Bau according to RBBau. This phase corresponds to the preliminary design planning according to HOAI and will be completed in mid-2023.
