Support services/project support in various fields of competence and areas of responsibility (7 lots):- Lot 1: Support/project support with focus and in the competence field "Project Management Research and Development Projects DLST (e.g. EU projects)";- Lot 2: Support/project support with a focus and in the competence field "Engineering DSTW, hazard detection systems, AWS and diagnostic systems";- Lot 3: Further education and training services with a focus and in the competence field "Support of transformation processes for DLST";- Lot 4: Support/project support with a focus and in the competence field "Development and testing of technology site, track field and test field digital control and security technology";- Lot 5: Expert services with a focus and in the competence field "Test expert and assessor";- Lot 6: Support/project support with a focus and in the competence field "Conformity and integration tests";- Lot 7: Support/project support with a focus and in the competence field "Engineering for system development "Digital railway operation".
Lot 1: Support/project support with a focus and in the competence field "Project management of research and development projects DLST (e.g. EU projects) "The objective of the services of the role holders is to provide technical support as an individual resource in addition to existing DB teams in the specialist areas of DSTW, hazard detection systems, AWS systems and diagnostic systems in the required quality, within the agreed scope and schedule and within the planned budget, or to provide successful support for projects and, if necessary, also to control or manage them. The projects in question may be of varying complexity and can be carried out with the aid of various methods/practices/models/procedures. The service is mainly requested in one category: Service provision with project management component (strong focus on PMO/(partial) project management)The following are not subject of the award of contract:- Construction/planning services or IT services (- IT consulting - software development (software development / software extension / programming / customizing / maintenance of individual software) - IT management - voice, TC, network, mobile, desktop);- management consulting services (e.g. development or evaluation of a corporate strategy, planning of necessary measures for the implementation of a corporate strategy on the level of the entire company or in the group on the level of the business units). Lot 2: Support / project support with focus and in the competence field " Engineering DSTW, hazard detection systems, AWS and diagnostic systems "The objective of the services of the role owners is to provide technical support as an individual resource in addition to existing DB teams in the specialist field of DSTW, hazard detection systems, AWS systems and diagnostic systems in the required quality, within the agreed scope and schedule and within the planned budget framework, or to provide successful support for projects and, if necessary, to steer or manage them. The projects in question may have varying degrees of complexity and can be carried out with the aid of various methods / practices / models / procedures. IT services (- IT consulting - software development (software development / software extension / programming / customizing / maintenance of individual software) - IT management - voice, TC, network, mobile, desktop);- management consulting services (e.g. development or evaluation of a corporate strategy, planning of necessary measures for the implementation of a corporate strategy at the overall company level or in the group at the level of the business units). Lot 3: Further education and training services with a focus and in the competence field "Support of transformation processes for DLST "The objective of the services provided by the role holders is to be used as an individual resource to complement existing DB teams in the area of "Further education and training services: Accompanying transformation processes for DLST", in the required quality, within the agreed scope and time schedule and within the planned budget framework. The projects concerned can have different degrees of complexity and can be carried out with the help of various methods / practices / models / working methods. The projects in question may be of varying complexity and can be carried out with the aid of various methods/practices/models/procedures. Lot 7: Support/project support with focus and in the competence field "Engineering for System Development "Digital Railway Operation "Technical/content-related and methodological support in system development for digital railway operation (overall system and subsystems according to EN 50126), including necessary participation in European cooperation, such as S2R, RCA and OCORA.
