France - Project management assistance for the refurbishment of a building to create a "tiers-lieu" and bring it up to ERP standards

Description

The commune would like to create a "tiers-lieu", a multi-purpose facility with an inter-communal vocation that does not yet exist in the area. The aim is to revitalize the town center and offer the local population new shared and collaborative services and activities. To this end, the commune has acquired a building, a former storage and painting business, located in the heart of the village. The aim is to renovate the building and bring it up to ERP standards. The possibilities for development and works will have to take into account the future uses of the site. The launch of this project requires the support of a specialist service provider under a project management assistance contract (AMO). The assignments are divided into two phases: a programming phase and a phase to support the recruitment of the project manager.
