Description

The subject of the contract is the development of a multi-variant program and spatial concept for the construction of a communication node in the area of Lubocza in Cracow. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the specimen contract with appendices, which constitutes appendix no. 1 to the Specification of Essential Terms of the Contract, hereinafter referred to as the "Specification".
In this procedure, communication takes place using the miniPortal (https://miniportal.uzp.gov.pl/), ePUAP (https://obywatel.gov.pl/nforms/ezamowienia) and e-mail. Details concerning the method of communication between the Ordering Party and contractors have been specified in section 8 of the Specification.2 The designation of the recipient (Ordering Party) in the ePUAP forms: Municipality of Kraków - a city with district rights (31-004 Kraków, Małopolskie Province). The Contracting Authority does not require the execution of the contract by sheltered workshops.4 The Contracting Authority does not envisage conducting an electronic auction.5 The Contracting Authority allows the contractor to execute the subject matter of the contract with the use of subcontractors on the terms specified in the specification.6 In this procedure the procedure referred to in art. 24aa of the Act will be applied.7 The contractor is obliged to pay a deposit of 6 000 PLN before the deadline for submission of tenders. The Contracting Authority requires the employment of persons performing the activities of a coordinator, cost estimator, specialist in designing tram infrastructure, specialist in designing road infrastructure, specialist in designing railway infrastructure, specialist in designing road engineering structures on the basis of an employment contract. Performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974. - Labour Code (uniform text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1320 as amended). Note: The above requirement does not apply to natural persons conducting business activity and partners in partnerships who undertake to personally perform the activities described in the first sentence.9 The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 item 6 of the Public Procurement Law (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") in the amount not exceeding 50% of the contract value. Such contracts shall consist in repeating similar services - in relation to those described in this procedure in the model contract and its annexes. The conditions under which the above mentioned contracts will be awarded shall correspond to the conditions specified in this procedure in the specimen agreement and its annexes.10 Note! The value indicated in points II.1.5 and II.2.6 of the notice includes the contracts referred to in Article 67 paragraph 1 point 6 of the Act.
