Brief description
The City of Sherbrooke wishes to obtain bids in the form of an offer of services with prices presented separately for professional services for laboratory analyses of drinking water, wastewater, leachate, soil and surface water. The mandate briefly includes laboratory analyses, sample collection, delivery and supply of equipment (sample containers, coolers, ice packs).
All in accordance with the terms and conditions described in this call for tenders document.
Bids will be evaluated according to a two-stage weighting and evaluation system based on a quality/price ratio more fully described in chapter 3 of this section.
In summary, the first stage is the qualitative evaluation and the second the price evaluation for bids receiving at least a score of 70/100 for the qualitative evaluation, also known as the "interim score". Two envelopes, one containing the price offer, must therefore be used by bidders.
