Brief project description :

CIUSSS du Nord-de-l'Île-de-Montréal is seeking professional services to collaborate in updating the Real Estate Clinical Master Plan (RACMP) for its 3 physical health hospitals (Hôpital du Sacré-Cœur-de-Montréal; Hôpital de Jean-Talon and Hôpital Fleury). The SERVICE PROVIDER will participate in the development of a medium-term real estate solution (10 years).

The PDCI will be carried out in a single phase, covering all three physical health hospitals: Updating of the existing PDCI, taking into account moves that have taken place, projects that have been put in place, ongoing projects, planned projects and the clinical plan (2022-2027).

The PUBLIC ORGANIZATION reserves the right not to consider a request for clarification made by a TENDER if this request is sent to it less than THREE (3) working days before the date and time set for the receipt of Tenders.

An information session will be held on December 12, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. Bidders wishing to attend the information session must contact the person in charge of this call for tenders at the following e-mail address: joseph.tumusenge.cnmtl@ssss.gouv.qc.ca.

BIDDERS are invited to attend the information session. The information session is not mandatory but strongly recommended,

Some basic information :

Interested companies can only obtain tender documents via the SÉAO electronic tendering system.

Any tender received after the specified date and time, or received at a location other than that indicated, will automatically be declared non-compliant and returned to the sender unopened.

Only BIDDERS with a business office in Quebec or in a province or territory to which an intergovernmental agreement applies and holding the license required under the Building Act are eligible to bid.

BIDS will be publicly opened immediately after the time and date set for receipt of Bids. BIDDERS who wish to do so may attend the Bid opening, which will be conducted by a representative of the public body in the presence of a witness.

A preferential margin of 5% will be applied to the prices of bidders who can demonstrate certain environmental practices indicated in the call for tenders.

CIUSSS reserves the right not to accept any of the bids received.
