BIDDERS who wish to receive information or clarification on this call for tenders must do so in writing (e-mail) by communicating with the contact person indicated in this call for tenders and taking care to mention the title and number of the call for tenders Inspection of facades according to Law 122 of the Régie du Bâtiment du Québec (20240496AO). The PUBLIC ORGANIZATION reserves the right not to consider a request for clarification made by a TENDER if this request is sent to it less than THREE (3) working days before the date and time set for the receipt of Tenders.

Site visit :

Tenderers wishing to visit the sites concerned by this project may do so at their convenience. However, if they wish to be accompanied, they must contact the person in charge of the call for tenders to make an appointment for the visit.

To be eligible, bidders must be among the firms that have been qualified by CIUSSS for engineering services under Notice of Qualification # CNIM2021-013 or for architectural services under Notice of Qualification # CNIM2021-012.

CIUSSS reserves the right not to accept any of the bids received.
