RÉGIE RÉGIONALE DE GESTION DES MATIÈRES RÉSIDUELLES DE PORTNEUF

PROJECT: Professional engineering services for construction supervision of cell #4 at the Régie régionale de gestion des matières résididuelles de Portneuf landfill site.

The Régie régionale de gestion des matières résiduelles de Portneuf (Régie) is requesting bids in the form of an offer of services with prices presented separately for professional engineering services for construction supervision of cell #4 at the Régie's technical landfill site in Neuville.

Tender documents will be available on the Système électronique d'appel d'offres du gouvernement du Québec (SÉAO) as of June 25, 2024.

To be considered, all bids must be submitted to the office of the General Manager of the Régie régionale de gestion des matières résiduelles de Portneuf at 1300, chemin du site, Neuville (Québec) G0A 2R0 no later than 10 a.m. on Friday, July 12, 2024. Bids will be opened immediately after the deadline in the presence of interested bidders. The sealed envelope must be marked "PROFESSIONAL SERVICES - WORK SURVEILLANCE" and must be accompanied by a certified cheque or bond representing 10% of the total bid amount.

This call for tenders is subject to the Quebec-Ontario Trade and Cooperation Agreement (QOTCA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

The Régie régionale de gestion des matières résiduelles de Portneuf does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the bids received and assumes no obligation whatsoever towards the bidder(s).
