Description
The Republic of Ecuador, through the Internal Revenue Service (SRI), invites eligible bidders to submit sealed proposals for the acquisition of a database security solution. This procurement is part of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) financed Tax and Customs Administration Improvement Program.
The process follows International Public Bidding (IPL) procedures under IDB procurement policies. The Best Final Offer (M.O.F.) and negotiation modality will be applied, and no preference will be given to national contractors or APCAs.
Qualification requirements include:
- financial capacity with average annual turnover over the last 5 years equal to or greater than the reference budget
- minimum accumulated experience of $353,500 in implementing or supporting database security solutions (DBF) within the last 10 years
- a designated project manager with a university degree, current project management certification, and at least 5 years of relevant experience.
