Description

The subject of the Order is: 1) Preparation and submission to the Contracting Authority of complete design documentation for SG Łasin, covering its scope: 1.1 Reconstruction of the gas station within the scope of AKP; 1.2 Reconstruction of the boiler room within the scope of boiler replacement; 1.3 Renovation of the boiler room and heat network. 2) Obtaining and providing the Contracting Authority with a final decision on the construction permit, necessary for the performance of construction works on the basis of the design documentation prepared by the Contractor or construction works notification to the competent body of architectural and construction administration and obtaining confirmation of no objection to the construction works notification in the event of no obligation to obtain a construction permit. 3) Performing author's supervision during the execution of construction works carried out on the basis of design documentation prepared by the Contractor.
