Description
Ground motion monitoring is a key component in disaster risk assessment and management. Mainstreaming this kind of information into future operational workflows in both the public and private sectors will inherently lead to improved risk management and protection of assets on local, regional and pan-European scales, and in some cases even save lives. The contract established under this call for tenders shall result in a set of documents that collectively, in a thorough and complete manner, will define the EGMS and provide the necessary basis for an efficient and effective implementation of the operational service. The documentation package will consist of two main deliverables:— Product Specification Document (PSD),— Service Implementation Plan (SIP).The tenderer may propose additional components as needed to ensure the completeness of the documentation package and the quality of the description of the EGMS.
