Description

The "CONTRACTING OF HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES FOR THE HHHA OF TEMUCO AND OTHER DEPENDENCIES" is required, hereinafter the "Service", currently located in Manuel Montt Street 115 Central Establishment, Caupolicán Avenue No. 110, Ziem Street 2440, Blanco Encalada Street 389, General Carrera Street 445, Phillipi Street 351, Recabarren Avenue 01491.
The service of cleaning, cleaning, garbage removal and order of offices, warehouses, corridors, emergency rooms and in different sectors located within the Hospital Dr. Hernán Henríquez Aravena of Temuco and its annexes, with a total of approximately 18.This is carried out by 149 cleaning staff and 3 supervisors, who are required to perform this service on a daily basis, executing functions through rotating shifts during 24 hours a day and 365 days a year, including holidays and holidays. The maintenance of Cleaning and Cleaning in the indicated sectors, are of essential character for this hospital, since its not accomplishment in time and form, puts in risk the health of the employees who serve in these dependencies, in addition to the breach of the D.S. 59499 that indicates the obligation of the employer to maintain the work places free of dirt, in agreement with the effective legislation the Administrative bases Technical Bases and Annexes that constitute the referred call to Public Bidding of the Hospital.
