Description
The company is required to design, construct, and install a system that will increase energy efficiency at a refinery.
The company will be responsible for the implementation and costs associated with the design and installation of this system.
They will also provide other ancillary services, such as:
• operating
• maintaining
• repairing
• data logging
The technology implemented must be able to significantly reduce the energy consumption of the refinery. Interested bidders must demonstrate capability to:
• conduct a comprehensive energy audit of the refinery
• collect data and perform a power factor assessment
• design, supply, install, test, commission and maintain a customized energy saving system
• guarantee performance metrics (for example, percentage reduction in energy consumption)
• added real time monitoring and maintenance.
They should also provide financing options, such as:
• design, install and commission
• design, install, lease and transfer after specified lease period, with lease payments tied to verified cost savings
• design, install, operate and transfer after a specified period
