As part of the performance of this contract, the Contractor undertakes to sell and deliver to the Ordering Party for remuneration (delivery) electrical materials - low-voltage cables approved for the intra-community market (CE), the type and maximum quantities of which are specified in Annex No. 1 to the specifications available at: https://kopalniawieliczka.ezamawiajacy.pl
1 Subject matter of the contract.Within the framework of the execution of this contract, the Contractor undertakes to sell and deliver to the Ordering Party, against payment (delivery), electrical materials - low-voltage cables approved for intra-community market (CE), the type and maximum quantities of which are specified in Annex No. 1 to the specification available at: https://kopalniawieliczka.ezamawiajacy.pl2. Terms of delivery.1) Electrical materials - low voltage cables will be delivered by the Contractor on the orders of the Ordering Party, successively, in batches, during the term of the contract in a maximum of 30 batches.2) The quantity and type of electrical materials - low voltage cables to be delivered in one batch depends on the needs of the Ordering Party and will be determined in a written order.3) Orders for delivery of electrical materials - low voltage cables will be placed and forwarded to the Contractor by e-mail.4) The Contractor undertakes to deliver electrical materials - low voltage cables listed in Appendix No. 1 to the Specification within 21 days from the date of forwarding the order to the Contractor with the exception of item nos: 3-4, 49-52, 54-56, 58-60 of Appendix No. 1 to the Specification where the lead time is 70 days from the date of transfer of the order.5) The Contractor will be obliged to notify the Ordering Party about the preparation of the ordered delivery of electrical materials - low voltage cables by phone or e-mail, no later than 1 day before the required delivery date.6) Place of delivery - warehouse of the Salt Mine "Wieliczka" S.A., 32 - 020 Wieliczka, Park Kingi 1.7) Hours of delivery to the Salt Mine "Wieliczka" are established on working days from Monday to Friday from 7.00 a.m. to 1.00 p.m.8) The Contractor is obliged to deliver electrical materials - low voltage cables at his own expense and on his own.9) With the delivery of electrical materials - low-voltage cables, the Contractor shall provide:a) CE certificates of approval,b) proof of product release on the outside of the WZ or VAT invoice.Detailed information on the subject of the order is contained in Annex No. 1 to the specification, while the rules for its implementation in the model contract, which is Annex No. 10 to the specification, which are available at: https://kopalniawieliczka.ezamawiajacy.pl
