This selection guide contains the instructions for participation in the negotiated procedure with publication for the contract of services: "Omnichannel 2020". The guide only concerns the preparation of the application file. It does not concern specifications. Water-link will include the final technical specifications in the specifications, which will only be sent to the selected candidates. The object of this contract is:1. lot 1. Water-link is looking for a candidate who will be able to carry out the tasks listed in this lot in a single package: - offering a Saas Omnichannel CCM platform; - offering a number of outgoing communication channels for this platform, such as paper flow, SMS, mail, Peppol, [...]; - printing and enveloping documents to the shipping partner listed in lot 2. Invoices make up the bulk of the approximately 1 000 000 documents per year.2. parcel 2. The shipment (including postage) of the documents listed in parcel 1 to Water-link's customers.
Lot 1. Water-link is looking for a candidate who can carry out the tasks listed in this parcel in a bundled manner: - offering a Saas Omnichannel CCM platform, - offering a number of outgoing communication channels for this platform, such as paper flow, SMS, mail, Peppol, [...], - printing and enveloping documents to the shipping partner listed in parcel 2. Invoices account for the bulk of the approximately 1 000 000 documents per year. Lot 2. The shipment (including postage) of the documents mentioned in Lot 1 to Water-link's customers.
