SOLICITATION AMENDMENT NO. 001

NPP Amendment No. 001 is raised to add the following;

This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number K8A21-190209/B dated 2019-02-08 with a closing of 2019-02-19 at 14h00 EST.A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.

Environment and Climate Change CanadaÂ’s (ECCC) Emissions Research and Measurement Section has a requirement for the supply of one portable raw exhaust gaseous emissions measurement system which must meet all of the mandatory technical requirements and mandatory technical evaluation criteria, as specified in Annex A of the Request for Proposal. All of the following must be included:

- 1 Portable raw exhaust gaseous emissions measurement system, including all ancillary items to enable on-board exhaust emission measurements of large marine engines during normal operation
- One (1) complete set of Manuals in English including technical specifications, installation requirements and operating instructions
- Extended Maintenance
- Support Services
- Warranty

The period of the Contract will be one year from date of Acceptance and options will be included to extend the Contract Period, Extended Maintenance, Support Services and Warranty for up to five additional one year periods.

The system must meet CSA electrical standards.

Delivery of the initial system must be complete within 8 weeks of contract award date.
