Description
The subject matter of the contract is the execution of a successive delivery of poly aluminium chloride used in potable water treatment in the form of a solution, in the total amount of 1600 tons.
1) The subject matter of the contract is the execution of a successive delivery of poly aluminium chloride used in the treatment of potable water in the form of a solution in the total amount of 1600 tons. The Ordering Party shall ensure purchase of the contract subject in the amount of 1300 Mg. The remaining amount of poly aluminium chloride covered by the contract, i.e. 300 Mg, depends on the amount of water treated in Water Production Plants and on the course of technological processes of water production, therefore the Orderer reserves the right to reduce the amount of the contract in the scope of the remaining 300 Mg.3Chemical name: poly aluminium chloride 3.2. Consistency: colourless liquid 3.3. Parameters:1) Al2O3 content: 9.3-10.6%2) Aluminium content g Al3+/l: 58-70 g/dm33) Density at 20°C: 1.20-1.25 kg/dm34) Temperature: max 30°C5) Alkalinity: 60.0-70.0%6) pH at 20°C: 2.5 +/-0.53.4. CAS number: 1327-41-93.5. The product must have a current PZH certificate allowing it to be used in the production of drinking water;3.7. The product must have a current Material Safety Data Sheet in Polish.3.8. The quality of the contract subject must meet the requirements of PN-EN 17034:2018-02 Chemicals for the treatment of water intended for consumption - polyvinyl chloride.
