The contractor for the offered water solution of polyvinyl chloride, must have:- a current Hygienic Attestation issued by a body authorised to issue such attestations, in accordance with the regulations in force, allowing the product to be used in water intended for human consumption,- a current Safety Data Sheet as referred to in Commission Regulation (EC) No 2015/830 amending Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH),- a Technical Specification of the offered product.4The Contracting Authority requires that the share of products - poly aluminium chloride aqueous solution - in the amount of 570 tonnes - originating from the Member States of the European Union, countries with which the European Union has concluded agreements on equal treatment of entrepreneurs, or countries to which the provisions of Directive 2014/25/EU apply pursuant to a Council decision, exceeds 50 %.The Contracting Authority will reject the tender of the Economic Operator, in which the share of products originating from the Member States of the European Union, countries with which the European Union has concluded agreements on equal treatment of entrepreneurs, or countries to which the Council Decision applies the provisions of Directive 2014/25/EU, does not exceed 50% - in accordance with Article 393(1) p. 4 of the Act.
