Description

The subject of this procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of peaked caps, cap stars, cap badges and supplementary sets for the police forces of the states of Hesse, Saarland and Rhineland-Palatinate.
During the contract period, an estimated total delivery quantity (minimum purchase quantity + framework agreement quantity) is currently assumed for the states of Hesse, Saarland and Rhineland-Palatinate:- Blue peaked cap: 1,320 pieces- White peaked cap: 9,920 pieces- Police cap star: 3,920 pieces- 2nd EA supplementary set, blue: 3,300 pieces- 3rd EA supplementary set, silver: 800 pieces- 4th EA supplementary set, gold: 1.100 pieces- Cap badges justice: 920 piecesBy the deadline for submission of bids, the contracting authority must receive, in addition to the required documents, the following bid samples in accordance with the technical specifications (TL) for verification of the requirements:- 1 piece peaked cap, white, with silver cap band, size 56,5- 1 piece peaked cap, blue, with silver cap band, size 56,5- 1 piece cap star police Hesse,- 1 piece cap star police Rhineland-Palatinate- 1 piece cap star police Saarland- 1 piece cap badge justice Hesse- 1 supplementary set 2. EA, blue- 1 supplementary set 3rd EA, silver- 1 supplementary set 4th EA, gold- 10 cm silver-grey, non-reflective edging piping- 10 cm silver-grey, retroreflective edging pipingThe concrete tendered performance results from the performance specifications and the other award documents. The Special Terms and Conditions of Contract and the General Terms and Conditions of Contract for the Execution of Services - Part B (VOL/B), as amended from time to time, shall form an integral part of the contract.
