A Polish manufacturer of customized fasteners has announced a tender for the delivery of a six-die machine for cold forging of parts and components with advanced geometry (CPV 42634000-9) with the following parameters:
1. The diameter of wire cutting: 16 mm
2. The length of wire cutting: 110 mm
3. The length of the ejection from the die: 85 mm
4. The length of the ejection from the punch: 30 mm
5. The dimensions of the dies: 80 x150 mm
6. The dimensions of the punch:50 x 132mm
7. The minimum strength of forging: 135 tons
8. Servomotors of ejection, cut length and stop-measuring gears
9. The force sensor including the control panel
10. The system of steadies
11. The system of monitoring the temperature
12. The soundproof housing, max . permissible noise level of 85dB ( A)

Additionally, the machine must be equipped with a module for fast retooling, an inverter and be operated in Polish language. The estimated cost of this unit is 1 425 000.00 PLN/ 2600 000 GBP.
