The contracting authority would like tenders for a framework agreement with an authorised plumbing company for the execution of installation and maintenance work on pipes and technical HVAC and sanitation installations in institutions connected to the health trust. Helse Førde HF would like tenders for framework agreements with hourly rates and material for installation and maintenance work.Tenders can be submitted for the following lots:1) plumbing and HVAC and sanitation services: Helse Førde HF — Part I: Outer Sogn and Sunnfjord. Førde Central Hospital (FSS), including psychiatric institutions in Førde and Høyanger (Tronvik) and housing institutions at FSS;2) plumbing and HVAC and sanitation services: Helse Førde HF — Part II: Nordfjord. Nordfjord Hospital (NSH), including pyschiatric institutions in Nordfjordeid, and housing institutions at NSH;3) plumbing and HVAC and sanitation services: Helse Førde HF — Part III: Inner Sogn. Lærdal Hospital (LSH), Inner Sogn Psychiatric Centre (ISP), Sogndal BUP, and housing institutions at LSH.
The contracting authority would like tenders for a framework agreement with an authorised plumbing company for the execution of installation and maintenance work on pipes and technical HVAC and sanitation installations in institutions connected to the health trust. Helse Førde HF would like tenders for framework agreements with hourly rates and material for installation and maintenance work. The intention of the framework agreement is to cover Helse Førde HF's continual need for services within the discipline. The work assignments can be for a short or long duration. There can be individual jobs or several connected jobs. Within ordinary working hours on ordinary working days, Helse Førde HF has a continual need for this service. There will be a sporadic need for this service outside ordinary working hours.A project manager for all work must be offered in the delivery, who will see to the necessary planning and documentation in accordance with the current regulations and rules, as well as Helse Førde HF's own guidelines. This work includes, amongst other things, risk assessment (before the start-up of all jobs), compliance with the classification of medical area, MOM and ‘as-built’ documentation. In some cases engineering design services will be part of the project manager's responsibility, in other cases this will be undertaken by Helse Førde HF or an engineering design company.Helse Førde HF would like permanent persons to carry out this work in the contract period. This is so that the persons in question will get to know our property well, which consists of approx. 94 000 m2 of buildings. In addition, we will avoid using unnecessary time in familiarising workers with the area/buildings before they provide services.
