Description

The subject of the contract is the renovation and adaptation of rooms for PET-CT, in the "design and build" mode.
The order and the PFU concerns the adaptation of rooms in building B for the needs of PET-CT and building Z for the needs of the Isotope Laboratory, as well as the creation of full project documentation for the above scope of works, obtaining the necessary permits (Sanepid and the State Atomic Energy Agency), and conducting acceptance inspections and handing over for use. The objective of the project is to design and create rooms in building B for the needs of PET CT and rooms in building Z for the needs of the Isotope Laboratory.The task is to be carried out as a comprehensive and complete, delivered to the customer together with the necessary approvals, allowing the use of the rooms without incurring additional costs by the customer. The equipment of most of the rooms is carried out as a comprehensive and complete including furniture, equipment, fittings, etc. The project "Adaptation of rooms in building B for PET CT and building Z for Isotope Laboratory in the "Monument - Child Health Centre" Institute - in the design and build mode" is planned to be performed as follows tasks:- task_1 - development of complete project documentation in each branch, and a Radiation Protection Plan for the facility,- task_2 - adaptation of rooms in buildings B and Z - construction and repair works. Drawing up as-built documentation and obtaining all necessary permits as well as conducting acceptance inspections and commissioning to use. Namely, first of all, adaptation of rooms in building Z should be carried out in order to move the existing laboratory out of the area covered by the adaptation of rooms for the needs of PET-CT in building B. This does not mean that in building B work can not be carried out simultaneously, but outside the above area until the laboratory is moved to renovated rooms in building Z. Details to be determined with the client.All works will be carried out: 1) concerning the preparation of rooms and installations for the installation of PET CT (Positron Emission Tomograph) by 29.10.2021;2) the remaining works by 17.12.2021.The contractor whose bid will be considered the most advantageous, will be required to provide performance bond in the amount of 5% of the gross contract value.
