Description

The purpose of this tender is to obtain, on behalf of the Andaltec Foundation, the necessary equipment to improve its capabilities to develop and validate new R+D projects, as well as to provide services to the industrial sector, thus improving the competitiveness of companies. The object of the contract is divided into two lots, whose purpose, characteristics and improvements are described in the tender documents. Tenderers may choose to apply for one or all of the lots, and may be awarded the same. In any case, the lots are considered to be indivisible.
Lot composed of a single piece of equipment and its peripherals, intended for the processing of polymeric materials. This is a compounding line, formed by a twin-screw corotating extruder, with the capacity to obtain compounds from thermoplastic materials (including polymers with high processing temperature, such as PEEK) with all types of additives (powders, fibres, liquids, flakes and pellets). This equipment extends and complements one of the main strategic sectors of the centre, based on the development of new materials, where Andaltec already has extensive experience in the implementation of projects and business collaborations. Lot composed by a team and its peripherals, aimed at obtaining multilayer films. It is a transformation equipment of polymeric materials, specifically a multilayer film extrusion equipment that allows to obtain multilayer films with a balloon width between 100 mm and 350 mm and with different configurations such as AB, ABA, ABC, ABCBA and thicknesses between 2-3 microns and 60-100 microns in different configurations. This equipment extends and complements one of the main strategic sectors of the centre, based on food packaging, where Andatec already has extensive experience in implementing projects and business partnerships.
