Germany - Plasterboard works

Description

The state building authority in Ingolstadt wants implementation of general drywall works including wooden interior doors, mobile partition wall and acoustic and thermal insulation in 12 new buildings (office building and maintenance halls, hazardous materials storage) in the course of the new construction of the InstZ. 11 at Manching Airport near Ingolstadt.

The contract is for:

- approx. 4 640 m 2 drywall walls and extension shells with / without fire and sound insulation requirements,

- approx. 230 m 2 wallcoverings made of dry plaster,

- approx. 420 m facade swords with a width of approx. 20 cm, heights vary, with / without fire and sound insulation requirements,

- approx. 1 930 m 2 drywall suspended ceilings with / without friezes as suspended ceilings with / without acoustic requirements or self-supporting
- about 140 m 2 self-supporting metal ceilings, hinged, with / without friezes u./od. Fixed elements
- approx. 216 internal wood doors incl. Steel sheet frames with / without fire and sound insulation requirements
- approx. 670 m 2 acoustic and thermal insulation made of wood wool multi-layer lightweight panels as wall u./od. Ceiling finishes
- approx. 250 m 2 acoustic insulation made of insulated perforated metal cassettes as wallcoverings
- 1 St. mobile partition wall including Ceiling bulkhead, parking
