Description

The contract covers the supply and delivery of flowers, plants and horticultural products for the town of Plessis-Robinson. It is broken down into 3 lots as follows: - lot 1: annual, condiment, aromatic and fun plants, biennials and chrysanthemums, hanging baskets - lot 2: bulbs - lot 3: horticultural products
lot 1 covers the supply and delivery of annuals, condiments, aromatic and fun plants, biennials and chrysanthemums, hanging baskets. The services covered by the contract will be handled on the basis of purchase orders and paid in accordance with articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 to R2162-14 of Decree no. 2018-1075 of December 3, 2018 of the French Public Order Code, the unit prices shown in the Unit Price Schedules for said lot 1 and, where applicable, the prices shown in the holder's price list(s). By way of indication, the estimated maximum annual amount for lot 1 is 140,000 euro(s) (excl. VAT). In any case, the maximum amount for lot 1 over the entire duration of the contract is set at 560,000 euro(s) (excl. VAT). A detailed technical description of all the services expected under the contract is provided in the Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (C.C.T.P.) common to all lots. Lot 2 covers the supply and delivery of bulbs. The services covered by the contract will be handled on the basis of purchase orders and paid in accordance with articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 to R2162-14 of Decree no. 2018-1075 of December 3, 2018 of the French Public Order Code, the unit prices shown in the Unit Price Schedule for said lot 2 and, where applicable, the prices shown in the holder's price list(s). By way of indication, the estimated maximum annual amount for lot 2 is 150,000 euro(s) (excl. VAT). In any case, the maximum amount for lot 2 over the entire duration of the contract is set at 600,000 euro(s) (excl. VAT). Lot 3 covers the supply and delivery of horticultural products. The services covered by the contract will be processed on the basis of purchase orders and paid in accordance with articles R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13 to R2162-14 of Decree no. 2018-1075 of December 3, 2018 of the French Public Order Code, the unit prices shown in the Unit Price Schedule for said lot 3 and, where applicable, the prices shown in the holder's price list(s). By way of indication, the estimated maximum annual amount for lot 3 is 80,000 euro(s) (excl. VAT). In any case, the maximum amount for lot 3 over the entire duration of the contract is set at 320,000 euro(s) (excl. VAT). A detailed technical description of all the services expected under the contract is provided in the Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (C.C.T.P.) common to all lots.
