Kilińskiego:Small architecture:- trash cans- planting of shrubs.Street signage:- street name boards.Detailed description of the subject of the contract is presented in the technical design entitled "Construction of small architecture objects in a public place as part of the task titled "Revitalization of Śródmieście: City Center. Revitalization of the Downtown: Greenery planting along with the construction of small architecture in the center of Jarocin".2. In the event that the design/STWiOR/estimate contains the name of a manufacturer or company, the Purchaser reserves the possibility of using other equivalent materials, but with parameters not inferior to those described in the design/STWiOR/estimate.2..1 Pursuant to Article 101(4) of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority shall allow solutions equivalent to those described in the ToR by means of standards, technical evaluations, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the Public Procurement Law, if they will allow to obtain features or parameters not inferior to those referred to.2.2 Pursuant to Article 101(5) of the PPL, the Contractor who invokes solutions equivalent to those described by the Contracting Authority is obliged to prove in his bid that the proposed solutions meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject matter of the contract to an equivalent degree.2.3 Whenever this TS indicates a trademark of a material, patent or origin, source or special process that characterizes the products or services provided by a particular contractor, the Contractor may use the indicated or equivalent other material that meets the technical requirements indicated by the Contracting Authority. Whenever these specifications describe the subject matter of the contract by means of standards, approvals, technical specifications and reference systems, the Contracting Authority allows solutions equivalent to those described. The Contractor who refers to equivalent solutions described by the Ordering Party is obliged to prove that the supplies offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party. Equivalent solutions should be understood as solutions guaranteeing parameters not worse than those specified in the SWZ. The contractor who refers to equivalent solutions described by the Contracting Authority is obliged to demonstrate that the supplies or materials offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority. Acceptance of equivalent materials on the part of the Contracting Authority shall be made in writing on the basis of documents submitted by the Contractor (data sheets or other documents) confirming their equivalence.2.4 NOTE: With respect to each standard referred to in the SWZ, including a national standard, the Contracting Authority allows the use of an equivalent standard. Thus, any phrase written in the STC referring to a standard, norm, approval, material, patent or trademark should be read with the accompanying note "or equivalent" taking into account the guidelines and requirements indicated in the STC defining the parameters of equivalence.3. The Contracting Authority does not allow partial bids.5. The Contracting Authority does not allow variant bids or bids in the form of electronic catalogs.6. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214, paragraph 1, item 7 of the Public Procurement Law.7. The Contracting Authority, pursuant to Article 95, paragraph 1 of the Act, requires that persons performing activities in the scope of execution of the contract, the performance of which involves work as specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974. - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1040, 1043 and 1495), be employed by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract.The type of activities necessary for the execution of the contract, which are required to be employed on the basis of an employment contract by the contractor or subcontractor of persons performing activities during the execution of the contract, and the manner of verification of employment of these persons and the powers of the ordering party to control compliance by the contractor with the requirements related to the employment of these persons and the sanctions for non-compliance with these requirements are presented in the model contract.
