Description

It is planned to renew the retaining wall Riedelstraße in the district Reudnitz-Thonberg in Leipzig from 10/2025-03/2027 by a replacement construction with proportional repair.According to the present design planning it is planned to basically maintain the retaining wall from station 0+000 to 0+047 km, only to remove the wall head and to renew it as well as to reinforce the retaining wall at the rear. From station 0+047 to 0+129 km, the wall is to be replaced by a flat-founded angle retaining structure made of reinforced concrete. In order to recreate the previous structure of the face of the wall, the preservation of historical monuments is to be taken into account by using appropriate matrices replicating the existing arch segments, pier structures and corbels. In connection with the renewal of the retaining wall, 176 m of the adjoining Riedelstraße traffic facility will be fundamentally upgraded. The existing pipelines will be partly rearranged and partly rehabilitated. When completed, the traffic facility is to have a carriageway width of 5.50 m, a parking strip on one side for longitudinal parking and sidewalks on both sides with a width of 2.50 m as a rule.
With the invitation to tender, the basic services for:- object planning of engineering structures according to §43 HOAI for the phases 5-8- structural planning according to §51 HOAI for the phases 5-6 and 8- object planning of traffic facilities according to §47 HOAI for the phases 5-8- environmental construction supervision- safety and health protection coordination- detour concept- line coordination will be awarded within the framework of a negotiated procedure.
