The existing sports hall along the Wettiner Straße is missing and must be replaced.a core renovation of the existing sports hall is not justifiable from an economic point of view and the increasing use requirements for the sports hall.against this background, a replacement location was sought for a new 3-field sports hall construction, which is available at short notice and is spatially connected to the existing vocational schools (Friedrich-Ebert-, Louise-Schroeder-, Friedrich-List-, Kerschensteiner- and Schulze-Delitzsch-School). The south-western property area of the Friedrich-Ebert-Schule along Brunhildenstraße is a potential location for this project, with the current space programme providing for a usable area of around 4,200 m2. In addition to the pure school operations of the adjoining vocational schools, this includes further areas for various Wiesbaden clubs - in particular athletics clubs. The temporal conflicts between the school operation and the clubs, which want to intensify their sports offer (base training for cadre athletes, talent identification and promotion), have to be taken into account by planning a simultaneity of the uses. Annex groups 1-8.LPH 3: Participation in and updating of an in-depth cost calculation according to items of individual trades (award units),- LPH 5: Checking and recognition of the structural engineer's circuit diagrams for compliance with the slot and breakthrough planning,- LPH 9: LPH 9 (only ALG 2-3-4): energy monitoring during the warranty period, participation in the annual consumption measurements of all media, - LPH 9 (only ALG 2-3-4): comparison with the demand values from the planning, suggestions for operating optimisation and for reducing media and energy consumption.The basic services will be remunerated on the basis of the HOAI 2013. The special services will be remunerated on the basis of the offer submitted by you.
