Planning services Object planning Building for the construction of a new hall at the Fraunhofer IWES site "Großer Westring" in Bremerhaven. A large-format test bench for testing rotor blade sections is planned in the hall. For this purpose they are fixed to a so-called "clamping block". For the new construction of the hall, a main usable area of around 1,240 sqm is planned. A suitable site area with sufficient expansion potential has already been reserved, located between the existing rotor blade test halls and the so-called engineering building, an office building with pilot plant. A creative adaptation of the new building to the existing building is desired. The entire building is divided into 2 projects: - the so-called "ZBau-Projekt", hall: comprises the hall construction with enveloping surfaces and large-format gates from the upper edge of the floor slab including the coordination at the interfaces (KG 330-390, 410, 420, 430, 440, 450, 490, 500) - the so-called "BMWi-Projekt", test stand foundation: excavation pit, deep foundation, foundations and floor slabs, indoor crane (KG 310, 320, 460). The test stand foundation has already been conceptually developed and dimensioned by specialist engineers. The planning services include: - for the "ZBau-Projekt", hall: fee zone II, work phases 2 to 8 HOAI, - for the "BMWi-Projekt", test stand foundation: fee zone II, work phases 4 and 6-8 HOAI, also work phases 2, 3 and 5 partially (LPh2 : 1.5 %, LPh3: 2.5 per cent, LPh5: 10 per cent, as preliminary services Planning of test stand foundation (plant construction) available (building documents for ZBau hall construction and floor slab, joint application for building permit). To ensure a clear allocation to the respective funding sources, a clear separation of the projects throughout the course of the project is mandatory.
