Description

Single-awarded framework agreement with purchase orders for a period of 3 years, renewable twice a year (1+1) for the construction, supply, laying, welding of piping and associated equipment for the hydraulic connection of skids (assemblies consisting of heat exchangers, control valves with servomotors, meters and other associated hydraulic equipment), with completion of the insulation and the necessary prior dismantling, for the substations of the public district heating service of the Grande Île network. This framework agreement will include: - the removal and disposal of the hydraulic equipment of approximately 90 existing subscriber substations and approximately 9 existing transfer substations between May and September 2020, - the hydraulic connection of approximately 110 skids with the completion of the thermal insulation between May and September 2020 for the existing substations and approximately 45 skids with the completion of the thermal insulation between 2020 and 2024 according to the signature of the subscription policies, - the modification of hydraulic equipment in approximately 10 existing substations between May and September 2020. As an option, the project owner can provide certain equipment.
