Description

Development of a design (design documentation covering the construction and executive design) for the construction of: a water supply system with connections in Długa Goślina within the framework of investment task 3-04-17-036-1 Murowana Goślina - water supply system in Długa Goślina, road no. 203 along with obtaining a valid building permit decision and exercising author's supervision during the phase of works performed on the basis of documentation constituting the subject of the contract from the date of concluding the contract with the Contractor until signing the final acceptance protocol for these works.
Development of a design (design documentation covering the construction and executive design) for the construction of: a water supply system with connections in Długa Goślina within the framework of investment task 3-04-17-036-1 Murowana Goślina - water supply system in Długa Goślina, road no. geod. 203 along with obtaining a valid building permit decision and exercising author's supervision during the phase of works performed on the basis of documentation constituting the subject of the contract from the date of concluding the contract with the Contractor of construction works to signing the final acceptance protocol for these works.Detailed requirements concerning the subject of the contract and all information concerning design solutions are contained in the attached technical conditions issued by "Aquanet" S.The author's supervision should include: - supervision cards with a stay on the construction site - 5 supervision cards, - supervision cards without a stay on the construction site - 5 supervision cards. 10.If it is necessary to increase the number of stays on the construction site or to increase the number of supervision cards without a stay on the construction site, unit prices from the Agreement for exercising author's supervision on the above mentioned works will be accepted for settlement. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Part II of these ToR - Description of the subject of the order (OPZ).
