Contract for the hire of supplies for the provision of a colour copier and two black and white copiers for the municipal printing works of the city of Charleroi, comprising the following lots: - lot 1: hire of a colour copier, - lot 2: hire of two black and white copiers.
Rental of a colour copier including:- standard delivery of the machine;- installation, configuration and commissioning of the machine and its hardware and software components;- user training and supply of a user manual in French covering the operation, use and maintenance of the machine and comprehensive maintenance including:- troubleshooting,- cleaning,- adjustment,- checking of the equipment,- supply of spare parts. Rental of two black and white copiers including:- standard delivery of the machine;- installation, configuration and commissioning of the machine and its hardware and software components;- user training and supply of a user manual in French covering the operation, use and maintenance of the machine and comprehensive maintenance including the following services:- troubleshooting,- cleaning,- adjustment,- checking of the equipment,- supply of spare parts.
