IKK classic hereby announces that it will conclude non-exclusive discount agreements with all interested and suitable pharmaceutical companies in the period from 1.1.2021 to 31.12.2022 for various active ingredients and combinations of active ingredients in accordance with § 130a Para. 8 SGB V (German Social Security Code) at the same, non-negotiable conditions. The earliest contract start date is 1.1.2021, provided that the signed contract and all necessary proofs and self-declarations are received by IKK classic by 5.12.2020. Thereafter, the following applies: If the documents are received by the 5th of a respective month in the possible accession period, the 1st of the following month will be the start of the contract. If the documents are received after the 5th of the respective month in the possible accession period, the 1st of the following month after the next but one month will be the start of the contract. It is possible to join the agreement at any time during the specified period, but at the latest by 5.11.2022. For further details see point VI.3).
